|Recommended: YesMy First Apartment — I love it, it's been peaceful and I'm happy with pretty much everything overall, my only complaint would be that I don't have a power outlet in my bathroom.

|Recommended: NoI inquired about a apartment here and saw the requirements and thought I wasn’t qualified for the Unit I wanted yet still someone called from their office to tell me to immediately apply and they would hold the unit for me if I applied asap to which I did and I also let her know that was my last 130 I could fill out 3 applications with that so please don’t take it if I won’t be qualified for the home she insured I would be fine and it was mine so I applied with my last with a move in date of September 30th or October 1st I called so many times after completing the application I received no calls back I left emails messages still no communication from them but when I hadn’t applied they called and called but when I did apply I heard nothing my move in day came. And went and I still called no one answers or you leave countless messages and no one follows up I begged them to please contact me as I had to move quick don’t waste your time I’m hurt to be treated this way just refund me pls

|Recommended: NoVery Poor Management And Maintenance Experience — My a.c was suppose to be fixed before I moved that's what was the hold up on me moving in the window screens are broken and was never fixed my balcony screen door is broken the handles for my kitchen cabinets are not put on like I was told I didn't actually move in until a month later only to find out that my a.c is not fixed I've been moved for a week now and my a.c is still not fixed and told it wasn't working with the rent that is being charged this place has very very very poor management and maintenance

|Recommended: NoNot Worth It — You're paying for their new appliance contracts. You only have gym as amenities and you often get transfered to a call center that cannot answer on site questions.
